two drug syndicates busted in Woodlands, MacPherson

SINGAPORE: Independent functions done by the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) in late July led to the arrest of two suspected drug traffickers with hideouts in Woodlands Backlink and Paya Lebar Road in MacPherson.
